These terms are an agreement between you and Lindström Canna, a licensed Minnesota cannabis retailer at 13185 St Croix Ave, Lindström, MN 55045. Using this website means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

This website and this dispensary are for adults 21 and over. By using the site you confirm you are at least 21. We card everyone at the door, every time, with no exceptions.

We may update these terms as the business or the law changes. The date above tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.

Our online menu is operated by an outside ordering provider and reads from our point-of-sale, so it reflects what is physically on the shelf. Even so, inventory moves fast. An item can sell out between the moment you order and the moment we pull it.

Placing an order online is a request, not a completed sale. Nothing is charged online. The sale happens in person at the counter, after we check your ID. We may decline or cancel any order — for example if an item is gone, if a price was listed in error, if we cannot verify your age, or if filling it would put us over a legal purchase limit.

Prices, deals and product information can change without notice, and all offers run while supplies last. We are cash only; there are ATMs on site. Minnesota law sets limits on how much you may buy in a single day, and we follow them.

Cannabis products are not returnable once they leave the dispensary, except where Minnesota law requires otherwise. If something is wrong with your order, call us and we will make it right.

By checking the consent box on the Loyalty+ signup, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Lindström Canna at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

• What you get: deal alerts, new product drops and loyalty offers.
• Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation, then nothing further.
• For help: reply HELP, or call us at (651) 369-9814.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opting out of texts does not close your Loyalty+ account. Call us if you want the account removed as well.

Please do not copy our content to sell it, pass it off as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not. Brand names and product images belong to the brands that make those products.

Several parts of this site are run by outside companies: the online menu and ordering, the Loyalty+ signup, and map and directions links. When you use those, you are also agreeing to that company’s own terms and privacy policy.

We pick our providers carefully, but we do not control their systems and cannot be responsible for them. The same goes for any website we link to.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is.” We do not promise it will always be online, error-free, or completely up to date, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Minnesota law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
