Our online menu, ordering and Loyalty+ program run on separate software operated by outside providers. Those are covered in section 06, and they handle your information under their own privacy policies.

The contact form. Your first name, last name, email address, and whatever you write in the message box. It is emailed to the dispensary and stored with our website host so we can answer you.

The Loyalty+ signup. Your first name, last name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and your answer to the text-message consent box. This form is run by our loyalty software provider, and the information goes to them.

Standard technical data. Like nearly every website, our host records ordinary server information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. We use it to keep the site online and to block abuse.

That is the whole list. This website does not ask for or collect payment card numbers, government ID numbers, medical information, or what you have bought from us. Age verification and payment both happen in person, at the counter.

We do not text you unless you check the consent box. Checking it means you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Lindström Canna at the mobile number you gave us.

Our website host sets a small number of strictly necessary cookies so pages load correctly and so forms can be protected from spam. The Loyalty+ signup is embedded from our loyalty provider and may set its own cookies when you use it.

Following a link to our online menu, or to Google Maps for directions, takes you off this site. Once you are there, that company’s own cookies and privacy policy apply, not ours.

Contact form messages are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your question and for our own business records. Loyalty+ information is kept for as long as your account is active, and is removed when you ask us to close it.

Everything you send through this website travels over an encrypted connection, and access is limited to the people who need it. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not keep information we do not need.
